A payment of $250 is available for participants who complete the initial survey, materials evaluation and the three follow-up surveys.
Participants who are unable to complete the materials evaluation will receive $200 for the initial and three follow-up surveys. If follow-up surveys do not apply to your situation, or if you are unable to or do not wish to complete any of the follow-up questionnaires, you will receive $50 for completing the initial survey and $50 for each follow-up survey completed. For participants who have access to the Internet, an additional $50 is available for evaluating educational materials.
